Personal Coaching

Your life changed.
Your systems can change with it.

You don't need to start over. Together, we'll look at what's working, what isn't anymore, and build practical habits and systems around the life you're actually living now.

You may be here because...

Nothing is necessarily wrong.

But something has changed—your life, your priorities, your body, your work, or simply what you want from the next chapter.

What worked before
doesn't anymore

The routines, habits, or systems that once worked for you no longer fit the life you're living now.

You know what to do.
You're just not doing it.

You probably don’t need more information. You need a realistic way to turn what you already know into something you actually do.

You're in a transition

A new decade, career shift, changing family dynamics, perimenopause, or another life change has moved the goalposts.

You want something to change, but you're not quite sure what

Life may look perfectly fine from the outside, while something inside keeps telling you it could work better.

You're tired of starting over

You can make changes. The harder part is keeping them going when life gets busy, complicated, or simply different.

You want your life to feel more like yours

Not a reinvention. Not someone else's version of a good life. Just habits, choices, and systems that fit who you are now.

01

Spot the Need

Get clear on what actually needs to change—and why.

04

Build Plan B, C & D

Create alternatives for the days when the ideal plan doesn’t happen.

The Health&Co Method

HOW WE WORK

Change is easier to sustain when you have a system for it.

The Health&Co Method is a six-step approach I developed and refined over years of working with clients—not as a rigid formula, but as a practical way to turn what you want to change into something that can work in real life.

Because knowing what to do is rarely the hardest part. The challenge is building a way to do it that can adapt when life changes, motivation drops, or the original plan simply doesn’t work.

The goal isn't a perfect system.

It's one you can keep adapting as your life changes.

02

Find the Solution

Choose an approach that fits you, your priorities, and your life.

05

Motivation & Reminders

Build the cues and support that help you keep going when motivation isn't there.

03

Implement

Turn the idea into something specific enough to actually do.

06

Execute & Review

Try it in real life, see what works, and adjust rather than starting over.

01

One-on-One Coaching

For times when more than one thing is shifting—your priorities, routines, work, relationships, health, or simply what you want from this stage of life.

Together, we look at what is working, what isn't, and what you want next—then build practical systems around the life you're actually living.

Ways to Work With Me

Coaching doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. Choose the level of support that fits what you’re working through — and the life you’re actually living.

Habit Creation Program

Choose this when you want broader, flexible support. We can work across different areas of your life as things evolve—habits, priorities, transitions, decisions, routines, or whatever needs attention along the way.

Choose this when you already know the specific change you want to make and want a structured process for turning it into something you can realistically maintain. This is where we work through the Health&Co Method and build your personalized habit system.

Still not sure?

You don't need to choose before we talk.

Tell me where you are, what you'd like to change, and what you want life to look like next.

We'll figure out which kind of support makes the most sense.

Frequently Asked Questions About Personal Coaching

A few things you may be wondering before we work together.

You don't need to decide before we talk. The initial consultation is a chance to look at what you're trying to change, where you're feeling stuck, and what kind of support would be most useful. If your needs are broader, One-on-One Coaching may make the most sense. If you're focused on one specific change or habit, Habit Creation Coaching may be a better fit. And if you'd like to work through something alongside people you already know, Private Group Coaching gives you that option. We'll figure out what makes sense together.

It depends on what we're working on and the kind of support you need. Some clients benefit from meeting weekly for a period of time, while others prefer more space between sessions to put things into practice. We'll decide on a rhythm that gives you enough support without making coaching another obligation on your calendar.

No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes.

My work focuses on where you are now, what you want to change, and the practical habits, decisions, and systems that can help you move forward. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Coaching can also work alongside therapy when appropriate. If something comes up that would be better supported by a licensed mental health professional, I'll be clear about that.

Often, yes.

You may already be working with a therapist, physician, nutrition professional, career advisor, or another specialist.

My role isn't to replace that expertise. Coaching can help you translate what you're learning or being advised to do into routines, decisions, and systems that actually fit your everyday life.

Then we'll start there.

Instead of assuming you failed the process, we'll look at what didn't work about the process itself. Was the plan unrealistic? Did it depend too heavily on motivation? Did your circumstances change? Was there no Plan B when life got in the way?

The goal isn't to repeat the same approach with more effort. It's to understand what happened and build differently from there.

That's completely fine—and more common than you might think.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Sometimes the first step is simply understanding what's feeling off, what has changed, or what you want more or less of in your life.

That's exactly what the initial consultation is for.

Still have a question?

You don't need to figure it out before reaching out.
