Corporate coaching programs for real life at work

Better workplaces start with the people inside them.

Health&Co creates workshops, programs, and facilitated experiences that address what people actually bring with them to work—changing priorities, life transitions, habits, communication, identity, and the demands of different stages of life.

Because people don't leave the rest of themselves at the door when they come to work. We help organizations turn that reality into stronger connection, more sustainable performance, and workplaces where people can navigate change without disconnecting from their work—or themselves.

Programs built around real life at work.

Work doesn’t happen separately from life. Health&Co creates practical corporate coahing programs around the habits, transitions, conversations, and human experiences that shape how people show up, connect, and perform at work.

Communication, Connection & the Human Side of Work

Programs Built for Your Organization

Facilitated conversations and programs that help people understand one another beyond their roles. Topics can include communication, team connection, intergenerational conversations, identity, transitions, and creating stronger human relationships at work.

Every organization is different. Health&Co can build a workshop, facilitated conversation, retreat, leadership session, series, or longer-term program around what your people are actually navigating and what your organization wants to accomplish.

Not sure what fits your organization? We can start with the conversation, not the program.

What changes when you support the person behind the professional?

People don’t leave their lives at the door when they come to work. What they’re navigating outside a job title inevitably affects how they communicate, connect, make decisions, lead, and perform inside one.

Engagement

Create an environment where people feel understood, supported, and more connected to the work they do.

Communication

Create space for more honest conversations, stronger connections, and healthier communication across teams and leadership.

Retention

Support people through the life and career transitions that can influence whether they stay, disengage, or begin looking elsewhere.

Sustainable Performance

Help people build practical ways of working that support performance without requiring the rest of life to disappear.

Because better performance doesn’t come from asking people to become less human. It comes from giving them better ways to work through real life.

We Listen

We start with your organization, your people, and what you’re trying to address. Depending on the engagement, this can include conversations with HR or leadership, employee surveys, and other ways of understanding what people are actually experiencing—not simply assuming what they need.

One conversation is usually enough to figure out where to start.

How We Work With Organizations

Every organization is different. We start with what your people need, what you want to accomplish, and what will actually work within your organization.

02

We Build Around Your Needs

We use those insights to shape the right approach. That may mean adapting an existing Health&Co program or creating something specifically around your organization, with the topic, format, length, and level of support designed accordingly.

03

We Bring It to Your People

From a focused workshop or facilitated conversation to a series, retreat, or longer-term program, we bring the experience to your people—and use feedback and ongoing communication with your team to understand what is working and where additional support may be useful.

Built from real life.
Designed for real workplaces.

Health&Co was built on a simple observation: knowing what to do is rarely the hardest part. The challenge is making change work within the realities of everyday life.

Our work brings those two realities together.

That same principle applies at work. People are navigating changing priorities, responsibilities, identities, health, relationships, and different stages of life—all while being expected to communicate, adapt, lead, and perform.

We combine practical behavior-change tools, the Health&Co Method, and an understanding of the person behind the professional to create programs people can actually use beyond the room.

The goal isn't a moment of inspiration.

It's giving people something they can carry back into the way they work and live.

Practical, not performative

Programs are designed to create conversations, tools, and changes people can actually carry back into their everyday work and lives.

Careers don't happen separately from health, family, identity, relationships, aging, or major life transitions. We make room for the realities that shape how people show up at work.

Built to adapt

A workshop, retreat, leadership conversation, or longer-term program can be shaped around your organization, your people, and what they are navigating now.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things you may be wondering before we work together.

Health&Co works with companies, nonprofits, and professional communities that want to support the people behind the work—not just the work itself.

Absolutely. You can choose an existing Health&Co program or we can adapt the topic, format, length, and experience around your organization. We start by understanding your people, what they are navigating, and what you would like the program to accomplish.

Programs can range from a focused workshop, lunch-and-learn, or guided conversation to a workshop series, corporate retreat, or longer-term program. Sessions can also be designed for smaller groups when a more personal and interactive experience makes sense.

Yes. In fact, sometimes that is the best place to start. A single workshop or guided conversation can introduce the topic, help us understand what resonates with your people, and give you a better sense of whether a broader program would be valuable.

Start with a conversation. Tell me about your organization, your people, what you are noticing, and what you would like to accomplish. You don't need to know which program you want before we talk. We'll figure out together what kind of experience and level of support make the most sense.

Many Health&Co programs are built around the realities and transitions women experience at work, but not every program is exclusively for women. Topics such as habits, communication, sustainable performance, life transitions, and stronger workplace connection can be designed for broader teams and mixed groups. We’ll determine the right audience based on the purpose of the program.

Let’s build something that fits your people.

Tell me what your organization is navigating, what you’d like to accomplish,

or simply what you’ve been thinking about. We’ll start there.
