Health&Co started with a simple observation.

Knowing what to do is rarely the hardest part.

Making it work in real life is.

Health&Co grew from that idea.
We move through different stages of life while managing careers, relationships, families, health, responsibilities, ambitions, successes, setbacks, and change. What worked for us once may stop working—not because we failed, but because life changed.

Health&Co helps people understand what is happening, identify what needs to change, and build practical ways forward that can actually work within the life they are living.

The work may begin with a habit, a transition, a workplace challenge, a difficult conversation, or simply the feeling that something no longer fits. The goal is not reinvention for the sake of reinvention. It is learning what to keep, what to change, and how to move forward intentionally.

Real life changes. The way we live and work has to be able to change with it.

I’m a health and personal development coach, corporate performance and engagement coach, and the founder of Health&Co.

My work started with a question that still shapes everything I do: Why is knowing what to do so much easier than actually doing it?

Over the years, working with people around habits, health, life transitions, identity, relationships, and work taught me that change rarely happens in isolation. Our personal lives affect how we work. Our work affects how we live. And the systems that once worked for us don’t always work for the person—or the life—we have become.

That is the thinking behind Health&Co.

I help people and organizations understand what is actually getting in the way, build practical systems around real life, and make changes they can carry with them—not just for a week, a workshop, or a burst of motivation.

Because I don’t believe the goal is to become a different person. Sometimes, we simply need a better way to support the person we’ve become.
